SpaSoft to Showcase New Enhancements at ISPA Phoenix

Toronto, Canada – March 12thth,  2024The SpaSoft team is heading to Phoenix April 23-25, 2024, for the ISPA Conference. SpaSoft has been a leader in innovation in the spa, wellness, and hospitality industries for over 20 years, and 2024 is no exception. 

Since the last ISPA event, the SpaSoft team has been working hard, making enhancements and upgrades for cloud and on-premise solutions. SpaSoft understands its clients' challenges and needs and has prioritized development work based on real-life users. 


With workforce challenges, both the on-premise and cloud solutions have undergone enhancements in the UI to keep the products easy to use, understand, and train. In addition, SpaSoft has introduced many new reports to its reporting module so spas can utilize their guest data and streamline their operations.

SpaSoft's online booking engine (OBE) is designed to give guests power over their appointments, expand a spa's reach, and take the workload off the spa staff. The OBE module has been updated to support Google Analytics 4 so spas can track the efficiency of their OBE and online strategy. In the same vein, the appointments module has been expanded to provide additional functionality such as exporting "today's appointments" to Excel.
